This page lets Lexvona Ultra+ users request deletion of an App account and data associated with that account, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Google Play requirements.
01 Send a deletion request
Use the email button below. In the message, include:
- The email address or account ID connected to your Lexvona Ultra+ account.
- A clear statement that you want the account and associated data deleted.
- If writing from a different email address, enough information for us to verify that the account belongs to you.
If the button does not open your email app, write to [email protected] with the subject “Lexvona Ultra+ account deletion request.”
You do not need to reinstall Lexvona Ultra+ or sign back into the App to submit the web request. We do not charge a fee for a standard deletion request.
02 Data deleted with the account
After we verify the request, deletion generally covers information controlled by us and linked to the account, including:
- the App account and authentication record;
- profile details such as name or nickname, email address, profile image, and account ID;
- favorites, saved choices, and account-linked preferences;
- account-linked App activity retained to provide features; and
- other personal information that is not required to be retained for a lawful reason.
Information stored only on your device can be removed by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App. Uninstalling alone may not delete server-side account information, so use this page if you created an account.
03 Data that may be retained
We may retain a limited record after deletion only when reasonably necessary for:
- security, abuse prevention, and fraud detection;
- compliance with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations;
- resolving disputes or establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims; or
- documenting that we completed the request.
Any retained record is restricted from ordinary product use and removed when the applicable need ends. Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may be retained. Third-party providers acting for us will receive deletion instructions where required; providers acting independently may apply their own lawful retention rules.
04 Timing and identity verification
We ordinarily complete a verified deletion request within 7 days. We may first ask you to reply from the account email or provide the account ID so we do not delete the wrong account. If we cannot verify ownership, we will explain what is needed.
Residual copies may remain in protected backups for up to 30 days before normal overwrite, unless a longer period is required by law. If an unusual request requires more time, we will notify you and provide an updated timeframe where required.
